The Coherence Standard is a body of work establishing Relational Intelligence as a named, operational discipline — one concerned with how organisations build, sustain, and repair the relationships that make intelligent work possible.
This is not a management framework dressed in new language. It is a precise account of why so many organisations — technically capable, well-resourced, sincerely led — still fragment under pressure. The cause is structural. The repair requires architecture.
The Standard arrives in volumes. The first, The Architecture, is a manifesto and a model — a document that names the problem, maps the mechanisms, and sets the terms for a discipline that does not yet have a professional home but already has a great deal of practitioners doing its work without knowing what to call it.

Every organisation runs on relationships — between people, between teams, between stated purpose and daily reality. When those relationships are coherent, the organisation compounds. When they fragment, it accumulates debt that no strategy can service.
Relational Intelligence is the ability to read, design, and repair those relationships deliberately. The Coherence Standard establishes the language, the diagnostic tools, and the architectural principles for doing exactly that.
